He has trigger words. He heard "democrat" in the democratic institution and he found his partisan culprit and therefore the ability jettison any result or fact that followed. Its a Trumpism that Fishy has adopted, i.e. that people who don't like you cannot criticize you because they don't like you. They see the bias as the motivation to fabricate or passively accept fabrications based upon the dislike of the subject. This is what they do. They make up lies about their opponents and so when they hear something bad about their famous liar, they assume the opposition is doing what they do and they are not the kind of fools that accept any facts that unfavorable from any opposition. The result is that they never accept any facts unless they fit into the flattering, supportive narrative that they play on Fox all day every day.
