There are lots of things you can't read in school. That doesn't make them "banned". You won't find Playboy magazine in school. Does that mean we add it to the "banned books" list?

Also, I never claimed to be a lawyer. I just said that JohnnyBoy is in the wrong profession, unless he is one of those state employed lawyers, because he really sucks at being curious and drawing logical conclusions.

"Banned Book Nook" Good for Ben and Jerry's for getting money out of progs from their willingness to buy into any hoax. I wish I had more time to devote to hoaxing progs out of their cash. In this era of Dementia Joe inflation, every little bit counts.

If you are caught with one of these books in a Florida school, you can be charged with a felony and have your teaching certificate revoked.

And people get fired all the time for looking at sexually explicit material on company-issued computers. If someone showed a kid sexually explicit material on a company-issued computer then they would probably get fired and then charged with a crime as well. I know all of these books aren't porn but any teachers doing this need to be fired just because they aren't following the school's policy.

I also support the left creating their own private schools where they teach kids whatever the hell they want, as long as it doesn't border on child abuse.

Freedom won't be denied...

Definitley not. Nobody is going to censor your free speech, nobody is going to force you to accept medical procedures you don't want in order for you to work, nobody is going to prevent your kids from going to school, and nobody is going to lock you down. Never gonna happen.

Kinda sounds like the German populace in the early 1930's.

2021 saw a record number of ban requests at public libraries. That number doubled in 2022.
