One propaganda machine vs. another, what difference does it make?
Just for funzies I turned on one of the several wacko right wing fake news channels on Puto TV, and man were they going nuts over China. Looks like the machine is prepared to make this a big patriotic USA vs. China thing to distract from the obvious fragility, mismanagement and inefficient allocation of resources under global capitalism. ------------------------- Capitalism is based on the ridiculous notion that you can enjoy limitless growth in a closed, finite system. In biology, such behavior of cells is called "cancer". |

China is a totalitarian regime whose stock and trade is lying to its billion plus people to maintain absolute control over them. Trump maintains control over his base by lying to them but the difference is that the United States still has a free press to provide the truth. China has only state sponsored news. Their whitewash is almost complete with their population. Trump's whitewash that no one saw this coming, there was nothing he could have done and that he's doing a great, magnificent perfect job is running up against video after video of his own lies and the time frame. He can't pull it off like China, but he's trying.
