Healthy tree but in the way of a new septic tank installation. In the ground so you'll need to dig it up by 8-29-22. Breaks my heart to just chop it down but it's got to go and I don't have time to try transplanting it. Roughly 18 years old and beautiful. You'll need 4-5 buddies to move it but it's doable. Call 321-9six1-24eight6 for details.

Bummer. Hurricane palms transplant pretty good.

If accessible with a tractor call some landscape companies. 10' palms are pricey with possible resale value.

Thanks for the suggestion, called Sunscape in Malabar and they might take it.
