It's a exercise in doomsday prepping. You can't include gas or propane.

Then I would buy two 12 volt solar panels from Costco and that would about tap out the entire budge.

The idea is to have a powe source without fuel, a refridgerator and maybe even a wall unit ac to make a tent cool. I liked the idea of this because it gives you an idea of what to do if cat 5 came 80 west and reduced us to the stone ages.
