They would not "have it" by now if there was a crime. What they have is the lies under oath. It's not until the truth about those lies is corroborated and substantiated by objective means, like emails, data and the testimony of cooperating witnesses, can they have it. Your lack of patience does not equal a lack of evidence. It's merely proof that good cases take a good amount of time.
