Hola! What has happened to all the Surfrider post in that category? Did they move them all to here? There is a lot happening - from saving the Mid Reach reefs, to toxic algae blooms, to limited beach access. And if we don't stay active protecting our beaches and waves, we could easily lose them to development and pollution.



On a brighter note - what is everyone doing for International Surfing Day? It's June 15th.

Was there something new with the mid reach reefs? I think they are scheduled to start pumping sand pretty soon, no?

They still have to install the fake reefs. Anyone can stay on top of the situation by joining this Facebook group - Save the Mid-Reach
