That's a thing of beauty.

Those are the worst riding boards in the history of surfing. Lovely craftsmanship, but it ends there.

I can't understand why they dropped the early fish style boards for the volume forward boards in the first place. Too much Hawaiian footage I reckon.

Now that egg shape is a lovely lady. I bet that beauty is as smooth as butter.

Of course that is your personal opinion Cole, buy me that board and ill show you how to surf it. If its purchased with the dimensions it was originally designed to be, 6'6 thinner tail wider nose. In proper waves the board performs flawlessly. Sharper turns with room for step ups in hollow sections. I do for once agree with you on something, the Egg is truly a lovely lady.

I prefer not having to make things work. Can I ride it and do bulky weird turns and stinkbug floaters? Sure, but why would I? I have a bunch of custom made shapes - from 5'10" to 9'6" - specifically made for the way I like to ride waves in my garage, I'll ride on of those.

I'll add that egg to the group in my garage if anyone want to donate.

My Mayo egg ?? is my Swiss Army knife board. I''s got the side bites. I buckled and still put it back together bc I can never part with it.

Same with my Birch you're always trying to steal. If it ever does go missing, your house is the first place I'm looking. I have a short board and fun shape that I almost never use.
