So, by getting the vaccine you might be signing your own death warrant. Since the odds are nothing serious will happen to me should I catch it, I will wait and see. Take a look at the structure of both, then quinine and you can see the relationship. Both of those drugs are modified quinine. Quinine is a natural substance, by messing with the functional groups, you can either turbocharge it or make it useless. This is the basic principle of almost our entire pharmacopia. Works for recreational drugs too. Take a look at the structure of adrenaline, then MDMA (molly/extacy). Doh.
