Monoclonal antibody treatments can be prescribed by health care providers to individuals 12 years of age and older who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 and are at high risk for severe illness and hospitalization.

However, to support Governor DeSantis' initiative, there is currently a standing order in Florida signed by the State Surgeon General that allows patients to receive this treatment without a prescription or referral if administered by an eligible health care provider. Such referrals are not required at any of the State of Florida monoclonal antibody treatment sites and treatments are available at no cost to patients.

The antibodies help the immune system recognize and respond effectively to the virus. According to the treatment guidelines, they should be administered as soon as possible after diagnosis. There are no long term studies on Regeneron so there is no way of know if there are long term effects or not.

Monoclonal antibodies are man-made proteins that act like human antibodies in the immune system. There are 4 different ways they can be made and are named based on what they are made of.

Murine: These are made from mouse proteins and the names of the treatments end in -omab.
Chimeric: These proteins are a combination of part mouse and part human and the names of the treatments end in -ximab.
Humanized: These are made from small parts of mouse proteins attached to human proteins and the names of the treatments end in -zumab
Human: These are fully human proteins and the names of the treatments end in -umab.

That abstract that he linked is by a guy that says that eating tomatoes will kill you. Reading the abstract he has 566 patients that he has been tracking for 8 years but there's no discussion about methodology or whether the markers he is following are true indicators of ACS risk. I guess we have to wait for the full paper to see his methods and controls. Gundry tests his patients every couple of months to find bad blood markers and then sells them supplements to fix the deficiency or excess. example. I am on his website now and his supplement line would embarrass Alex Jones and Mike Adams (natural news).

I looked at the risk assessment for me and made my own decision. A free and safe vaccine or sickness and the possibility of a monster hospital bill? It was a very simple choice.

I thought I had it a couple of week ago and was headed for the gene therapy if I did. I still trust science and doctors. All genetically modified things aren't evil and I have no problem with embryo cells being used to find cures.

Guess what a weekly test facilitates? Early detection and treatment. So the test makes the treatment start earlier and also alerts those that you may have exposed that they need to get tested and seek treatment if necessary before symptoms get bad. Since the incubation period is 3+ days a weekly test allows early detection for contact tracing so there is earlier isolation, less spread, and more effective treatment applied early in the infection cycle.
