Anyone have any interest in All-Clad? I've got a pretty complete set that I don't need. My wife inherited them from her mother and we already had a very large set of Belgique from Belgium. Price is to be determined.

Now, being on my own, I've got plenty of pots and pans, , , ,.

I'll check the info at the All-Clad site, they are "unmarked" as to "collection" type. I'm not too sure that I have records showing what was purchased.

The "set" is close to 30 years old but is in very good condition, no dents, dings or gouges (a lot of the pieces were never really used much). The best I have been able to find out is that it likely all the original "Master Chef" series, befor All-Clad started coming out with "collections.

13 main pieces, not counting: the lids, the steamer insert, and 2 small lidless "ramekins".

Let me put together a list of types and sizes, and work up a "pricing schedule" for you.

Silly me! I went through them all and measured (water) what size in quarts they are. No go there. I've got a "Dutch Oven w/domed lid" that I'd say you could cook 4 quarts in. But the All-Clad site says that it is 5.5 quarts! Ya sure, that is if it is filled to the very rim. I'm going to have to do some more "research" and measuring for you guys. And, the All-Clad site does not give actual inch dimensions.

Finally was able to put 2 and 2 together to come up with the correct answer! As I said in the foregoing, the official "capacity" is filled-to-the-rim. And, as best as I've been able to find out, they are all probably the original "Master Chef". None of them have any markings on their bottoms. I've taken a couple different photo views of each piece but, for now, I'll only post 1 photo each. If the photo shows a lid, yep it has a lid. So, anyway, here goes.

1. 7 1/2 inch fry skillet. $30

2. 10 inch fry skillet. SOLD

3. 5.5 quart Dutch Oven. $100

4. 12 quart stock pot. SOLD

5. 2 quart All Purpose. $50

6. 2 quart saucier. SOLD

7. 3 quart sauce pan (skillet style). SOLD

8. 1 quart saucier. $40

9. 1 quart sauce pan. $35

10. 2 quart sauce pan. $50

11. 3 quart sauce pan with steamer. $85

12. 2 quart sauce pan. SOLD

13. 2.5 quart braiser/dutch oven. $50

We have a Williams-Sonoma outlet in Vero, which means occasional good grazing in the clearance (mostly customer returns) shelves, a reason for taking a look occasionally. Lots of expensive cookware to gawk at. Those All-Clads look like th real deal and would be a really nice heritage set. I have no idea what to do with that 2 qt, but it would be a splendid display piece for a party. I'm rather proud of having a few heritage lenses for my camera.
