I hope Todd's doing as best as he can, and don't mean to get involved here, but I have read some stuff that's helpful that a lot of people might not know about. Lion's mane mushroom (both fruiting body and mycelium together) can make HUGE differences in brain injury recovery, as well as PQQ (I believe). A know that a lot of people know of them, but you really need to see some of the studies. Same with PQQ, Omegas, a vegan diet, sunshine, and (to the extent possible - down the road - exercise).
They'll have to do all their own research and come to their own conclusions, but some of the nature stuff is FANTASTIC - unbelievable... The omegas would certainly help too, but they are strong blood thinners. I just like to have Flaxseed oil because your body will create the EPA and DHA from the alpha-linoleic acid (omega) when your body wants / needs them, but sometimes a little fish oil can help if not prone to issues with blood thinners (I am - I use them cautiously). Oh, and the comfrey topically is MAGIC, though never drink it - it's external only. I drank a little once and it did indeed hurt. And vitamin K2 plus sunshine plus good diet should help (1 pill only once per 3 days) Edited: 08/07/2025 at 03:46 AM by TunnelVision |
