XSC, formerly known as KSC, will do as they like with Our National Seashore and NASA will shut up and go along with it.

Another factor is the likelihood of yet more budget cuts for the National Park Service.

The track record for the BFR isn't stellar.
If it blows on the pad or shortly after lift off it could shut down the beach for months.

Elon has more money than most banks.

Bank Of America - Total worth $380 billion

Elon - Total worth $430 billion

I have a series of articles concerning tons of debris landing on and near populated areas in a number of parts of the world I will post. Debris from exploding muskrat shit falling to earth, no deaths yet? The latest moon unit blows up more than it flies....where's all that shit land?
Now he wants more land. He wants the right to do he same thing over pristine areas of Hawaii.
What's next....X-ville?

What you can't see is this not so little thing called CONTRACTS.

Money doesn't matter => CONTRACTS DO.

The CEOs have ZERO control of all of the corporations.

They're ALL run by the same entity - the global elite - and THEIR banks.

From that Beach Grit article:
An environmental study had been conducted, and Musk's team had somehow procured a FONSI, or "Finding of No Significant Impact."

I participated in the Rocket Man triathlon, which had its bike leg on KSC property, about 13 years ago. I understand the event organizer (Mitch Varnes) tried to get a permit to conduct the event again the following year, but was denied for environmental reasons. Apparently someone thought 1200 bicyclists was too much of an environmental risk. I'm no environmental scientist, but it seems like 1200 bikes over a couple hours is much less impact than the car traffic in and out of KSC every day, not to mention a 500-foot tall rocket.

Republican Congressman Bill Posey (R) apparently helped secure some of the permits for the triathlon. Then-rep (later Senator and Chief NASA Administrator) Bill Nelson (D) was a key influence back in 1980 during the SOB (Save Our Beach) rallies that led to the new Playalinda beach access road outside the shuttle security zone.

If anyone has contact info for or influence with Posey and Nelson, some heartfelt lobbying might get them onboard with a bipartisan campaign to preserve beach access again. Worth a shot?

Um, think: a LOT of 500 foot rockets. The information I saw indicated multiple launches with a very messy rocket system. Not to mention a steadily increasing rate of flights from the rest of the complex.

That's who the bankers ABOVE HIM are directing him to be (regardless if he has more more - he has CONTRACTS that he has to abide by). Think all this Japanese Anime girl crap isn't the BANKS... They lure people into habits that they local police will then cause them troubles because of. The TOP SETS THE TRAPS, the local police finish the job - THAT'S THE SYSTEM - like it or not. Don't you remember him smoking that big ass joint (unreasonable size) up on some talk show back when.

The people above him (regardless if he has more money) CONTROL HIM. If he wants to keep what he has, he has ZERO SAY in the matter.

It's not the CEOs. It's the people that have them by the balls.

Why do you think he bought the election? To rig the game. Musk, Bezos, Zuck; they are the cabal.

As far a pollution at the Cape, there are many places that ain't so great when it comes to a healthy environment.

I did some kayak tours and fishing trips out on the water in the wildlife area. The shores of that area are a dead zone compared to other areas of the lagoon
That area has suffered grievous environment damage since the fifties.
What the heck....lets just add more injury to insult.
.oh and: be sure to keep fertilizer and pesticides and weedkillers on them lawns folks. Spray tons of roundup/glysophates on algae choked waterways, finish off the last of that pesky ol' seagrass
Let's finish the job
