^That's actually a theory of why we tolerate a toxic like ethanol. Rotting (fermenting) fruit produces a pretty vigorous odor so it's easy to find and eat. If you or your microbiome is susceptible to ethanol poisoning, eating it is not an advantage so you lose in the evolutionary sense. So, are we and our microbiome predisposed to like ethanol? You decide.

Kefir,kimchi,kombucha(fermented tea), brine soaked veggies in mason jars like granny used to make. Food as medicine. Avoid the oncology industrial complex. Sounds interesting skunk, but don't completely discount science (aka doctors), I had a friend diagnosed with melanoma and he switched to your diet and only consumed high alkaline water. He was dead in six months.
