LOL.... I gave a surf lesson to 2 stoked little girls who surfed for the first time and were "charging" the "rockin" waves by the end of it..... some clean little zippers at first, then after I grabbed one of the softops LBs and caught a few the wind turned onshore.

Please help a fellow "inlander \ 2ndlighter" out my friends..

It is my 44th time around the sun this coming Thursday, and I have the day scheduled off work to really just be NOT at work.. But my MAIN desire for my bday would be to surf! (Life screwed me over this weekend and I wasn't able to get ANY of that sweet lil longboard swell that past this weekend )

Sooo, all my "go to" forecasters are not really updating this week for some strange reason..

But MSW says "DO IT"..

Surfline says "uhm Maybe do it?"

Bob says "Mid week maybe?!"

And NOBODY else is doing any updates today.. The St. Augie Dude "Dean" has been stating since last week that there will be swell sometime this week, but he inst updating today either.. My main source for the inside scoop Mr. Tipp Time hast updated since last Friday (I've been MURDERING the refresh button on his site every house on the hour but.. ).. (Usually means he is on a surf trip!)

so I am SUPER TORN..

Does anybody see waves showing for tomorrow? I am considering taking Tuesday off instead, and then just working on my bday ("YUCK!!") but if it means i can get a few sliders, i will be STOKED enough to make being at work on my born day "acceptable" (hahaha)

But please can ANYONE with any inside scoop (or even an educated guess) please add a YAY, or a NEY! for going tomorrow?

Thanks in advanced,

Long_flaco1

Happy Birthday, you got waves

^^^ you heading to the Sat Bch SK8 park or Cocoa bch? Lunch time report....wind was perfect, fun 1-2ft (knee to the occasional waist), rights throwing out micro barrels, lefts were harder to find a shoulder as the angle was SE but found a few long left runners...Caught about 20 waves in 1 hour, shocked how well the shape was out front, as our beach usually does not throw out much...impressive shape ..could have been in the tube w/ a body board or hand plane...

Anyplace south of anywhere you weren't~ Drop'n tide, chest high mid-break airdrops to inside drainers onto dry sand. Florida level rock'in mate Next morning was the best shaped under 4' I can remember maybe ever~ 2 really fun double session days! 'specially for being so outtasurfshape~ FastfastFUNfun!

Chest high shore pound glad that you scored. I was in Indialantic a few knee/thigh high waves. "Anyplace south of anywhere you weren't" is a bit of a stretch. Small swell like that is all timing and location I was at the wrong beach.
