All of our existing "essential" outdoor recreational activities are going to get shut down because they are being abused. You can get surfing added to the list but people driving 5,10, 30 miles to engage in their "essential" recreation is going to force the shut down of everything from fishing to jogging and bike riding. The intent of the "essential" recreation is for people to be able to walk out their door and get some exercise without risking taking the virus to another community or bringing it back with them. LEO isn't going to have the time to be checking papers to make sure that they people out there have local addresses. On top of the travel people are terrible at keeping with social distancing. Dinner party out on the Indian River Club dock last night and still bikes in nosetoass groups on Rockledge Drive.
