So Delray Beach is firing right now even with the king tide. The swell is filling in from the south to the north. The elephants are matching on the horizon and wind is right. Sun's out guns out.

I drifted from Paradise to BW at noon today. Not impressed. I sat most of the time after I got pounded on a thick right barrel closeout. My fish struggled to get into it with the wind. My back is still messed up, so no short board today. Short period north chop really messed with it. May head south for Sunday.

Early morn 9 am looked like drift city, mostly sideshore w/ slight off, from mel bch north to 1st light - had size but no practical appeal .. Walked away..

Later on mid afternoon wind turned a bit more a bit more offish.. lucked out & caught last hour before dark - was actually pretty good w/ some closeouts - Tad smaller w/ not much drift and way better form... Windy and 'cool'..

Unfortunately for us in central brevard tommorow looks like way down south or .. JP area possibly may hide some wind, but much smaller..

In St. Aug, our WT dropped 10 degrees in 4 days We had N-NW winds at 40-50mph friday night.... air temps were in 50s yesterday. Walk back to the truck (ripping current) wasnt that fun. We're a month ahead of schedule this year....

at 6am, the wind was NW at 6... getting pumped for more high tide buckets.... then the sun came up and its N 20-25

Vero South Beach looks on the verge of going from (small shorebreak waves to surging without breaking. It happens occasionally on big swells.
