Matuse has unpredictable, occasionally deep discounts. A while back, I picked up a Dojo "open water" swimming suit because it seemed reasonably likely to fit (I'm minimum height and close to maximum weight for the size) and I'd been encouraged to try swimming-type suits. Price was lower than what they're offering now.
The suit has very slippery inner lining, so a dream to get on apart from a balk back zip. Today was hibernation day for the wetsuits, the Dojo caught my eye, and I gave it another try. The zip needed a bit of encouragement, but came on. For my Florida body, it wasn't quite warm enough for Wabasso, but the fit and flex were wonderful.
In terms of surfing wetsuits, Buell has my fit and avoids the interior fuzzy carpet inside. Feral made a good impression as a sponsor at the Fla. Surfing Film Festival in NSB. No carpeting, very slippery lining. Same with Matuse.

I got it for about $300, enough for two Buells at a spring clearance sale. Volcom (good, but infested with inside carpeting) has several suits for about $100 today, March 15, ending March 19.
Quite a while ago, I moved from Jacksonville to Portland, Oregon. I thought the beaches would be too cold and the ocean too nasty to mess with. Mind got changed fast, though the expensive 6/5/4 was nowhere near as flexy as today's versions.

Tory's a marvel. I spent a lot of time at Anastasia State Park and usually stopped by. Much later, I learned that the park's banning of beach driving had been wildly popular with the shore birds.
