Judging from the link you posted, it probably won't play right. Needs to direct to filename.jpg which it doesn't. If you resize the pics to about 640x480 pixels and 200kb, you can upload them here, then attach and then post as pics. Old school.

I've never used flicker, but if you go to the photo and click the curved arrow at the bottom right, it will give you a link window and from there you can embed the image to the forum. The above was resized to medium.
I pulled the first pic from your main gallery and it's distorted for some reason. ------------------------- I was right. |

I did get this one via clicking on the image in photostream and clicking "copy image address". For some reason that hadn't worked for me before. Didn't get a choice of image size.

Nice. I'd like to go surfing in waves that behave. Our sandbars are slowly driving me out of my mind.

How does that step deck ride? ------------------------- I was right. |

Got my first model A from surfboards hawaii in 94 and the 9'2 sea foam green one you see me riding is my retirement present. the step deck, triple stringers & tail block make the board a very smooth ride. imo if the step deck was really beneficial we would see it on modern boards. imo i don't even notice the step deck and see it as something experimental from that age. the model A is a classic shape and i am certainly leaving some performance behind. what i leave behind in performance with the model A I gain in class and history.
jack reeves and charles brewer asked me if it was going to be a wall hanger or ridden? imo no board should be a wall hanger. she is pretty and she does what she is meant to do and does it well enough to take steep drops, little pits and nose rides.
at 52 this will be my last longboard since my first model A lasted around 15yrs.
maybe i'll post some of the lineup shots i have on my phone...
Does anyone remember a small surf company back around 2000 called six foot glass? that is me

I worked for QF years ago and we had some original Surfboards Hawaii step decks come through on consignment and I always wondered how they would ride. I shudder when I think what they sold for in cherry condition. $275 each...maybe. I remember selling a gorgeous Lighting Bolt shaped by Gerry Lopez for $125. Ugh!
