Might be going on a family trip this summer, but it's been so long since we've traveled overseas not sure where best place to find fares is? Is it still Expedia? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thx.

Summer prices tend to be exorbitant. If you have miles with an airline, there just might be some deals. My last overseas flight was a ridiculously cheap deal from United. They sometimes make very distant travel cheaper than relatively close--recent deal to Tahiti, current one to Perth, Australia.
The (fairly expensive) Going, formerly Scott's Cheap Flights, can be helpful, same with having Google Flights track costs for specific destinations.

Where do you want to go, from where? Unless you just want the most dirt cheap flight, , , , , to a place you'd rather not go, , , LOL.
Don't start looking at "price" too hard and miss the fact that that dirt cheap flight from Orlando, through Boston, has a 6 hour stop in Bu Fu before the final flight to Paris. Pay the extra $100 and skip the complimentary tour of cultural diversity in Bu Fu. Go to Tripadvisor and poke around a bit to get a feel for all the who, what, when, wheres and whys and then, go ahead and ask some questions on Tripadvisor's Travel Forums. I've never looked but, Facebook probably has more than a few "travel" groups. https://www.yahoo.com/news/tra...mmer-10-104200309.html ------------------------- Dora Hates You Edited: 05/16/2023 at 09:59 AM by dingpatch |
