With rollback of the National Environmental Policy Act and Clean Water Act, not to mention the defunding of the Department of Environmental Protection, looks a bit like a failure by powers that be? Maybe we need a means to hold them accountable? Politicians love that. ------------------------- add a signature since I'm here in profile anyway
