Surfed Satellite. It is 3-5 feet with some power. Obvious ground swell. Surface chop though, mostly closing out, some sections, but not much. I'm surfing like doo-doo, but gonna keep going until I get better. Tried wearing my gopro with a chest mount today for practice. I'll post the vid if any good.

Got out early too, sorry forgot to post until now, but yeah some surf out there but not the greatest conditions today, darn wind. Some days it's better than it looks, and some days it looks better than it is....hopefully tomorrow winds will be better.

Video Surf Report. Hopefully the surf is better this evening and like mentioned above the size holds for Wednesday forecasted offshore winds, or at least lighter winds. Should clean up but probably gonna drop in size. Oh well, I just wanted to try the chest mount out for the gopro. it's awkward, but can get use to it.

do you like it better than the mouth mount ?

I've never used a mouth mount so don't know. But, I wouldn't want to keep that thing in my mouth all the time. Need to breath.

Last time I used a forehead mount and that sucked and even more awkward.

The chest mount is easier, especially for paddling and duck diving. Just had to move it closer to under my chin to keep the wax off the lens. Learning. After surfing since 1979 I feel like I'm still learning how to surf.

I surfed again at Seagull this evening. SE winds have it all chopped out. Lost about a foot in size and less frequent bigger sets.
