I have some friends visiting from Alaska and Oregon visiting and thought they might get a kick out of seeing the manatees in the canal.

Anybody heard if they were there today with this dip in temp??

Time and tide wait for no one.....

I just did a facebook search for satellite beach manatee and someone posted they are in the canals off of desota.

I am a yak guide and master naturalist. Best consistent spot in area is Manatee cove park.
Nice little area for the grazers to huddle together, got a power plant just to the west across the river.
Next is banana river park in Canaveral, bunch of them never left after breeding season....haven't checked since cold snap though
