Could be the end of a lot of "stuff", maybe bad, maybe good.

HIV/AIDS has worked out OK, so far. Way back, , , , , when it was first discovered it was a whole nudder story!

In the befinning, all anybody knew was that it was a deadly virus with no cure and nobody knew how it was really spread. The Government was in official, non-public, Freak Out Mode. Think The Andromeda Strain!!!

I personally knew someone who was involved at a pretty high level. They had recently gotten out of the military and held a Top Secret clearance. They worked at a certain US Gov health "agency", so their military TS clearance was validated and escalated and they became part of the "team". Their daily meetings were included in the President's morning security briefings. Bottom-line is that the FULL FREAK OUT MODE was to the point of putting everything in place needed to declare Marshall Law and otherwise put "Shot To Kill" quarantines in place.
