It makes me think that that the world still has opportunities for greatness while surrounded by war, powerful rulers who still believe that killing a woman is not murder, that girls shouldn't be educated. These girls and boys and skating, like I did when I was young. Skating, like surfing, has formed me into the person I am. I read this and had to supreme tears. This is courage. This is hope. This fighting darkness with light. I wish I was a millionaire and I could send them 20 carvers, 50 street boards, parts, pads, helmets and enough money to keep the security strong enough to ensure their future.
