They've been digging, and re-digging, and re-digging a spot on S. Patrick Drive in the grassy swale about 1/4 mile south of the base for the past few months. Sometimes the grassy area is totally flooded when they're pumping the water out. Anyone know what they're trying to accomplish there? Whatever it is it looks like they keep trying but not succeeding.
