The English doctor has been on this for over a month now. We have been on low dose supplements for a few weeks now. I skip them when I spend my days in the sun.

Get tested, that way you don't do too little or too much. Optimum values are different for males and females.

d3 is generally going to be a gel cap. it is a fat soluble. its been a while since i read up on various forms of it, but d3 was the way to go at the time. if i recall, the active form from the supplement and sunlight has a half life of like 16 hours or so. liver converts to a form with a half life of like 2 weeks that is then converted in the kidneys and elsewhere to a hormone your body uses. tdlr verion: careful on dosage because it stays in your body and can build up overtime
