Interesting Cole. I've been on a much lower salt intake for years. Corporate food sources are also offering lower salt alternatives.

I have a friend who swears by his salt "diet" (meaning MORE salt) and he seems to be doing fine.

"and he seems to be doing fine." Duuuuuhhh...

We all know the alcoholic that lived to be 80. But most alcoholics die early and/or live miserable lives.

Same with high salt. The facts are it is bad for you.

Thanks Greeny!

What a weird correlation. Actually there are two; salt and the stomach talking with the brain. How do they even begin to come up with these things? Smart people are gud.
