Ha! That is pretty funny, i never hear them called cobra chickens before.
My dad was an avid upland game and waterfowl hunter. As a young teenager spent many fk'ing freezing Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday mornings in a bare Nebraska field surrounded by stupid decoys with a sheet over us to blend in with the snow. He thought that was a rocking great time. And of course I was the one to run out and fetch the birds we shot, and if they were wounded they would be really pissed off could tear you up...they are really strong. Great eating, though.
