Looks like people grab a dink or 10 when the weather gets cold and shitty. Alaska may have screwed up my hypothesis. I definitely would have thought that Alaska and Hawaii would have been flip flopped.

What do we need to do to ensure that Florida remains at the Top of the List?

I've never bet you anything, but today I'll bet my BAL is lower than yours until after 5pm.

You are on, proof? 7:15--1/2 of a beer gone--and yourself?
The bet was to have been collected after the 2010 shellacking at Coasters, Tpap and stratocaster and I showed up--you didn't, jdbman at least left a 20 with the bar.

I wonder if no sales on Sundays screws up the count in the Bible belt?

I find it really hard to believe that people aren't knocking them back in Mississippi and Alabummer.

Florida's numbers appear to be skewed by tourists drinking their asses off. Hawaii too.

About the Bible belt, "The only two places Baptists don't recognize each other is Hooters and the liquor store." That was my uncle the Episcopalian minister's joke.

Well, , , , , , I'm making good progress at getting over my last Stem Cell Transplant and, with that, I am preparing to get Brevard County into its rightful place, , , , , The Darkest Blue/Black they award.

The map does seem to catch some tourism areas, but not some others. The Orlando area contrasts with Volusia County. In Wyoming, Teton County, with skiing and lots of filthy rich people, stands out. I wonder about reporting. Portland, Oregon shows up in light blue. The boundary between Pennsylvania and West Virginia-Maryland seems faked. The SW corner of Pa. is the same as neighboring W. Va., down to accent. Similarly, Utah's political borders don't quite match the predominantly L.D.S. areas, which extend well into southern Idaho.
