That Costco is going serve that entire Nocatee community and will compete with Buccee's.

I have a friend moving to that area and I joke around about how his everyday life will look like living in that neighborhood

I was right.

Texas-size Wawa with lots of beef (yes, you can get a turkey sandwich). Beaver logo. Wawa, BTW, is a crossroads on US 1 in SW Pennsylvania that had a Wawa Dairy that morphed into the convenience store market. There isn't one in Wawa, but Kennett Square down the road has one with the usual well-designed access.
