Vid i stitched together from Gopro and Iphone15. Fun event to watch. I wish I could dirt jump like these people do! But, I'll just stick to my safe single track MTB.

Yes, I live next to Jonathan Dickinson so that's my usual and doesn't have much for practicing jumps. There are a few but nothing like the jump line at west delray. I guess the delray ramps are maybe better suited for bmx, or I need a clinic haha

I've never ridden West Delray or JD. Not yet anyway. on my list. So far in SoFla I've ridden Markham (100 times so far), Virginia Key (twice), and Quiet Waters (about 20 times).

JD is best with some recent rainfall as there are a lot of sandy sections. It's primarily a cross country style single track through some beautiful scrub habitat in sand dunes with some good elevation changes. There are a few fun jump lines, a bunch of skinnies, and the system ends with a challenging track called Bunker Hill. I usually see a lot of wildlife, snakes, tortoises, scrub jays, land crabs, etc

Delray is mostly winding and sometimes techy trails through dense forest surrounding an open area that resembles a bmx track. There are varying levels of difficulty so some really fun to ride stuff and some stuff I wouldn't even consider.

"Grapefruit trail" was our observed trials local practice area from 1970 until around 2012, nobody on bicycles would do what we were riding on back then. the transition to the bicycle area smoothed it out a bunch, some of the biggest oak trees around were there!
