At The Ryman for the Postmodern Jukebox show. I was in Nashville with the VA for my 4 Year checkup at Vanderbilt. This was Thursday, August 21st.

I had the stage-center row seat in the first row of pews. So, I'm sitting next to a guy before the show and he says, "Look who just sat down, I can't remember his name"! Hmmmm, , , , I have no idea but, he was pretty 'noticeable'. Him and his lady took up a whole $1000 pew!

So, , , , who might he be?

I think that Elvis has left the building....might be wrong.
but Justin Johnson can play some Elvis tunes that would make Elvis smile.

What I really like is his acoustic stuff, he is phenomenal as an instrumentalist and adapting arrangements of popular songs.
Worth looking up if you feel like doing some youtube music rabbit hole spelunking.

I knew a guy named Howard who played slide on everyone's albums. Rick and I met him at the Melbourne Auditorium when he and his brother's band would play there. Rick and I stood with our elbows up on the stage in front of him and would pick up his picks and slides for him when he dropped one. His stage name was Duane.
