I got skinny puppy's new album a few months back and "Weapon" is one of their best I've heard. I own all their albums. Since the 80s industrial music scene. Skinny Puppy is still kicking and relevant. I've seen their live act 3 times and they put on a very artistic show on. If you like Industrial acts, Skinny Puppy are the Godfathers.

Who needs a better life?

Sp getting ready to come on. Goth night in Orlando. Packed club. Goths punks and direlicts.

Concert was pretty good. But, I'm thinking I'm getting too old to attend shows like these. I like my King Center seating. LOL. Plus, EVERYONE was smoking which sucks.

Skinny Puppy put on a pretty good show. Lots of lights, lasers, projectors, costumes, stage props, etc.

I was right.

I prob got the st pete date wrong. I was looking at the Lauderdale date, monday night. Bleh. I'd do a Monday night in Orlando.

Oh well. I've seen them 3 times already and don't really listen to them anymore. But, they are entertaining live.

That sux. Janus is a great venue too.

I've seen S.P. a few times at the Mex E Cono restaurant in KDH N.C. The owner of the place was my traveling buddy pal, a Bryan Ferry looking guy and went with us to C.R. one year. He didn't surf and hadn't been in day light for years. He didn't go on daytime excursion, but was a regular night owl there after we found him some companionship. When we viewed my buddy's cam there was a section with Bryan in a compromising position with a mata palo puta. I thought, If he gets famous, I get famous. He didn't. Neither did I.

LOL. There are some clips on youtube of the past day's show. Looks like an interesting stage show.

Skinny Puppy show in ft Liqourdale was cancelled due to rain going thru the venues roof and on the stage. Ooops...

Tuesday night Janus landing I think is an outdoor venue. Maybe they get lucky.

There is probably about 50 youtube vids up from the past week shows. but, this is my favorite of the sound check. You can see what it takes to get the sound right. Skinny Puppy isn't everyone's cup of tea but I've been a fan since the 80s when I got introduced to industrial from college radio late nights. SP has been one of my favorites. Along with ministry, front 242, nitzer ebb, frontline assembly and more.
