Doing another batch, about 1 LB at a time of the light grey Celtic.
Anyway, one of the neighbors checked it out yesterday (he came over to ask what all the smoke was about). It does not have to be hot, just as smokey as possible, , , , , he noted that the there really was not much heat and asked if it was hot enough !!
