Will not be "inside the jail" any time soon...
"A prosecutor assigned to the case recently left, an unusual step so close to an indictment. Another departed for a private law firm and has expressed reservations about the merits of the case."
Prosecutors don't drop a "win".
A key witness testified that McCabe didn't have a motive to lie because he was authorized as the F.B.I.'s deputy director to speak to the media. Therefore he would not have to hide any discussions with reporters."
Another BS nazi moment in US Government history. Luckily this won't pan out. I mean they want to indict this guy but Barr gets Trump off the hook because he was "frustrated". Ridiculous...

It's a political prosecution; but to the extent that he helped slander Clinton in the final moments of the election and helped elect trump, I'm unsympathetic to his plight.

I agree. However, if he were indicted it would be a really bad stain on our government. Even worse the Clinton email business near the election.

I don't expect he can be convicted, but it would set the stage from how trump will deal with disloyal subjects.

Let's hope. In a second term, I want to see progs and commies thrown out of the country. Let other countries foot the prison bill for those miscreants.
Here are some other things I want to see in a second term:
1. Trump pack the Supreme Court with at Least 10 more Conservative justices.
2. Change the Constitution to cut the number of electoral votes in Ca. Il., and NY by 90% until those states are adjudged sane by the Supreme Court.
3. Take away all Prius', pot and those small fluffy dogs from whoever has them.
4. Raise taxes on all people who have publicly advocated for an increase in taxes.
5. Install illegal aliens in the homes of all people who live in sanctuary cities.
6. Make all people who have publicly advocated for the new green deal or something similar, get all of their energy, food and other products from renewables. Banned from flying, of course.

I guess the complicity with the fascism is now out in the open. I used to think it was more sinister when it was just dog whistles and cynical appeals to a form a patriotism that looked more like loyalty to the leader than love of country, but now that I see people like Tpap openly advocating fascism, in jest to anyone who actually points the fascism of his rant, its worse.

He "leaked" that the FBI was investigating the Clinton Foundation, again.
An investigation that found no wrongdoing, again.
If anything, this "leak" was harmful to Hillary, and unfair since the FBI was also investigating Trump, which wasn't revealed until after the election.
The DOJ justifications for his termination are based on his statements in separate interviews, where he may have misspoke or miss recalled some details. Their claim that he acted unethically is quite dubious.
It was obviously another politically motivated hit to discredit the FBI and obstruct the investigation.
It's a damn shame the GOP failed to impeach Trump the moment he fired Comey.

He was legally allowed to fire Comey for ANY reason...or no reason at all.
