And apparently he and his staff schooled Vance both before the meeting and in his Easter address.

Of course, the Vance people forget to mention that part but it is being reported by other agencies that report on the pope's activities.

Vance is probably very happy that the Pope is gone. It could not have been easy for JD when he came up with his version of Catholic MAGA nationalism, only to have the Pope himself actually respond, tell him he was very mistaken, show him where he was mistaken and then correct him on that same social media the JD uses so damn much.
