I need to clarify. We won't get directly involved but the 'bunker busters' will somehow find their way to Israel, and the Israelis will somehow learn how to use them.

Israel doesn't have a delivery system capable of hauling the 30,000 lb bombs.
Currently the GBU-57 MOP (Massive Ordnance Penetrator) can only be delivered with a B-2 Bomber which is only in the US fleet.

The other option is for Israel to execute a commando raid on the Fordo facility.
Since Israel has command of the sky and experience with raids that is a viable alternative.
It might yield better results as far as ensuring absolute destruction of the facility and confiscation of any materials they may have produced.

Using the GBU-57 isn't a one and done proposition.
It would take several strikes and unless there are people on the ground there isn't a certainty that the facilities have been destroyed.
So it might take a commando raid either way.

Personally, I would like to see Trump use his most excellent negotiating skills and keep the USA out of it.

Let's not forget that the Orange Cheesus himself set the stage for this shit show when in 2018 he withdrew from the JCPOA agreement with Iran.
It wasn't a perfect deal, but it was in effect and could have been negotiated to a better place if Trump actually had negotiating chops and not just the primal instincts of a toddler.
And posting on social media like a 13 year old girl doesn't count as negotiating.
So, he created this mess and now he wants to be a hero to save us from what he created.

That is how Trump rolls.

Sometime it is necessary, but two weeks ago the orange cheesus was saying how he was making a deal with Iran and how only he could do it, blah blah blah.
Then Israel didn't listen to trump's bleats to not attack and he saw they had success, and now he wants to get some of that even if he wasn't involved....so he is trying to elbow his way into this conflict.

Trump has abandoned any real and skillful negotiations, and is going to social media threats.
