Nothing? He's a member of the Government that seeks to use the Governments resources to verify solicited tips that are absolutely protected free speech. This is what is called a legal analysis. Doesn't matter if he is a congressman. As long as he is acting in an individual capacity, no 1st Amendment violation. I agree that it is problematic if he intends to employ gov't to go after a citizen based on their speech. He has not said that is what he intends to do, however.

Many of us love to travel. To surf, to dive, to fish. Always truly appreciated the kindness and friendly welcome shown to enlightened, polite adventurers through life. And offered to return the favor should they ever choose.

Educators are allowed to heap praise on a neonazi hate monger but any "vile" criticism results in removal from classroom until they can investigate. Expressing political opinions is "discouraged."

Florida Department of Education sent out an email.
Any educators who posted "despicable" comments about their hero will be investigated.

Do they have a legal definition of "vile" or "despicable"?
