Well...we have 9 places to stay (with phone numbers) to chose from when we get back.

All places will take both boats tied right at them.

We have the channel marker numbers with exact location so that we can safely get out the 30 miles to the mouth of the Mississippi and avoid the sand bars and shoals.

We have exact GPS coordinates to all of the pertinent oil rigs to fish.

We have the exact coordinates to any sword-fishing we care to do.

We have already scouted all the available restaurants in the area.

We know where to get supplies and that has to be 75 miles before Venice as there isn't anything where the marina is.

We have a Captains phone number for anything else we might need to know as we tipped him very well and was instructed to call him if we ever needed anything...including more GPS numbers.

Sooooo.....besides all of that we came home with a crapton of fish and got to fish a seriously nice 42ft Freeman.
