Recent polling indicates roughly 1/2 the population of China favors a democratic republic more like that of the USA. While at the same time roughly 1/2 the population of the USA favors a totalitarian socialist republic more like that of China. What's most interesting is both of these groups list the same reasons for wanting to change, such as increasing income inequity, ethnic oppression, capitalism and elitist government corruption. Ain't that something to think about while giving thanks this year? Could it be the grass isn't any greener in their pasture? In other news. I texted a friend who traveled to Vermont yesterday and asked how cold it was up there. She said "It's so cold up here Bernie Sanders is keeping his hands in his own pockets today."
