dementia far far more likely and presents itself like this in some cases. weird tweeting nor the tongue thing is a symptom of adderall. maybe severe, prolonged sleep deprivation might cause the weird tweets and this is happening to him because he takes adderall all the time, but not due to adderall itself. if you dont have adhd, adderall is like dose dependent equivalent multiple espresso shots. if you do, it actually calms you down and helps you focus. anyway, i am going with dementia
