1) -- it will be the same damn doctor and nurses, 2) why would the fact that their paycheck comes from one place or another mean they suddenly turn to shit people? 1) No...in fact it wont! 2) Only the worst ones will stay as they figure that any paycheck is better than no paycheck! The best ones will leave! There will be no more competition for 'who is the best'...or most innovative.... as the best get paid THE MOST (now)!
