It's time to take the fight to the court. It's no longer theoretical. People who opened their businesses despite the risks, they assumed the risks in doing so and they became infected and in turn infected their clientele. The clientele will be the plaintiffs.

Tpap knows about duty, breach, causation and damages. Foreseeability too. It's all there. It's time to hold these careless purveyors accountable legally for their proximate damage.

Well, this is going to go over well. A bunch of bloodsuckers going after the owners of small businesses who are desperately trying to keep their heads above water. Carry on.

Losing cases for the most part, I'd think. But it shows the worst of lawyers. A lot needs to be fixed. But it won't be because trial lawyers are the biggest donor to Dems. So Dems pass laws that print money for them. Another reason to not vote for them.

I agree with Tfap on this one, if you were dumb enough to get your hair cut from some belligerent fool, then you deserve what you get.

Now when you are forced to work and get the virus? That's a different story.

Never mind the customers, what if you're a worker who is compelled to return to work during the pandemic and subsequently succumb to the virus?

Is Tesla an employee owned corporation? If not, it might be soon.

"and subsequently succumb to the virus?" if you succumb to the virus you go to heaven. Oh and become another covid death for red states to try not to count and dotards to ignore.

They would have to been able to keep their heads further above water if the dotard clowns in Washington did not give away the money to their rich friends instead of these small businesses that actually needed it.

I would think your next of kin might consider legal action. Before the guillotine of course, but it's good to have options.

or lose your job because you didn't want to put yourself in an unhealthy/possibly deadly situation? Seems like an OSHA violation.

Gonna be a river of lawsuits over this..

Pushing the "we don't want to go back to work" narrative, are the lazy, "I want more for nothing" crowd. Guess what side of the political spectrum they fall on?

Is there proper PPE? Will they be working on top of other people? Does the company have access to testing? Do they offer healthcare if said employee gets very sick?

Like I said before, there is a way to beat this virus, but what we are currently doing isn't it.

Cole - that's way too much thinking for dotards. They can only think in simpleton terms...
