Went out and about today for the first time in a while. Went to the gas station and not a single person worried about touching the pumps without wipes or gel in their cars. Like it was any other day. No masks inside no distancing, nothing. This shit will get worse soon. It almost seems like you want it to get worse so you can be proven correct in your "the sky is falling" outlook. Why worry about touching a gas pump handle? Did you ever before? You should have. Once I pump gas I know I just touched one of the most germ covered handles around. I know "Wash hands before putting them in my mouth, nose or eyes." It's always been like that for me- just one more virus in the mix. Why did so many people pay attention to social distancing before, if they can't be bothered with it in the least now? Were they just doing what they were told and not paying attention to any outside information? Okay, the government says it's over, go back to what you were doing. Really? Answered this last week. The panic is over. Most people now see that this was an over reaction to a virus that does harm most of us. Try as you may, you will not be able to revive the panic. It's done.
