Protest until hour two until dark maybe police could be reasonable and show up looking like they care about the community they serve and not like they are about to raid a bunker in Afghanistan. Once it's dark you should have been cleared out. A couple nights of outrage, sure. But as we all have seen, by night 3 things start to get looty.

Legit protesters would probably be better off sticking to the daylight hours after the 2nd or 3rd day. Safer as well. Looting would be harder since there would be less legit protesters to hide amongst.

There's always a flipside though- and that is, the powers that be don't even notice or do anything until things are on fire. There's a reason they want you to be peaceful.

Did you miss the FBI statement? 'The FBI and other government agencies warn that far-right white supremacist groups will use the protests to incite violence and attack federal agents.' The FBI also literally arrested a group going to Las Vegas to do that very thing.

Again, this is not that hard to figure out. The protests/protestors have mostly been peaceful. But of course, you will only see that which fits your dotard agenda. Not this time pal.
