Wrong Tpap. The standard is not what is reasonable in context to the cops but what is reasonable to the ORP. Ordinary reasonable person. It's an objective standard, not the subjective cop perspective or reasonable cop.

You really think so? There are sort of a few things going on around the country specifically regarding the fact that their is little to know accountability for police actions. They have actually been charged (good luck to that prosecutor ever getting cooperation form police again, so kudos to him or her for taking an action that will likely lead to a great deal of BS for them), but there is barrier after barrier. I doubt they will be convicted of anything the standard to successfully prosecute cops is so high. They probably get their job back after arbitration and tax payers will face a massive bill for the whole thing.
