If I were representing Flynn, I'd recommend that he sue the DOJ for his legal fees. And he should win. Looks like you progs will be paying Flynn's legal fees. That would be a satisfying turn of events.

No worries all the DC circuit judges will have their say soon enough. Only one of the 11 judges has to speak up to rehear this. 6 of 11 takes it to en banc.
