Flynn is free? Seems like they are heading back to court again today. It also appears that the DOJ has been caught doctoring paperwork to make fixes for Flynn's dismissal. Pardon me....

From today. " After initially resisting and citing potential executive privilege concerns, Powell revealed that she briefed Trump on the case within the last two weeks and requested that he not issue a pardon. But she denied asking the president to take any other actions related to the case."
Just like every other criminal case. The defense attorney calls the president and briefs him on the case and two weeks later, the DOJ declines to continue the prosecution after the guilty plea was entered. From NPR today: " Also in court on Tuesday, Sullivan said he was "floored" by a letter submitted by an attorney for former FBI agent Peter Strzok contending that someone had doctored his notes in the case from early January 2017 - potentially to cast aspersions on former Vice President Joe Biden." Wow. This is ugly. Someone doctored Strzok's 302's to help Flynn? Still think there's nothing here? Anyone?

One of my wants from a Biden administration is seeing exactly what Barr has been up to. If Trump loses, everything goes to the next guy instantly. Barr, Pompeo, Ross and the rest of the crew are wide open to investigation.

Strzok is out. His reports are called 302's. They are the equivalent of sworn probable cause affidavits. Somebody altered strzok's and submitted it and he called out the alteration.

He spoke with Kislyak, he lied about it and he got caught because our intelligence was monitoring Kislyak, not Flynn. Flynn told Kislyak to refrain from retaliating against the expulsion of the Russians from America by Obama in in response to the revelation that they were actively operating their disinformation and chaos campaign outside and inside the United States. The message from Flynn got to Putin, who did not immediately retaliate, Trump thanked him and publicly praised his restraint. He then said Putin and Russia was going to be our friend.
