But anarchy is what you people want. You want no government. Friend of my up here is a commercial fisherman and owns a landing house for oysters and crabs. He has a Trump Flag and a snake flag flying over his marina. He thinks that VMRC should not be able to tell him how many shad, oysters, crabs, stripers, etc... he can harvest himself or buy and sell from other watermen. But if there isn't anyone to regulate him then nobody else is subject to regulation. I am not sure what his plan would be when the big factory boat from New York steams south and dredges up all the oysters in one shot or when they stretch a net all the way across the river and intercept the entire run of stripers in the spring. I guess he'd go out there in his skiff with his gun and run them off?
